Price Adjustment Notice in 2022

Dear Tonghui partners,

Thank you very much for your long-term trust and support to Tonghui! Tonghui has also been committed to repaying partners with better products and services. Since 2020, the cost of raw materials, labor and others has continued to rise, and the lead time of the upstream supply chain has become longer and longer,which has put more and more pressure on our production and operation, and this severe supply status is expected to be maintained for a long time.

In order to maintain the company's continuous operation and healthy development, after careful research, our company decided to increase the price of all products in different ranges (ranging from 5%-20%, the specific price will be announced separately) to ease the rapid increased cost, maintain our company’s consistent high-quality procurement requirements, and maintain the normal market demand for Tonghui’s products.

In order to give the majority of partners a buffer space, this price adjustment will be formally implemented from January 1, 2022, and all subsequent orders will be implemented at the adjusted new price. Orders made before the implementation date of the price adjustment (subject to the payment received) are still executed at the old price, but all these old price orders (including those that have not been executed before) must be shipped and invoiced before March 31, 2022. If there are orders that have not been shipped after due date, they will be executed at the new price.
