Overseas market warranty clause
1 Warranty period: The warranty period for all products is one year (calculated from the invoice date, except for special agreements).
Products sold in overseas markets do not accept returns.
2 Warranty scope:
2.1 Confirmation of sales channels
* Products sold through Tonghui authorized distributors and authorized platforms can enjoy free warranty. Tonghui Company and Tonghui distributors provide customers with quality assurance services.
* For products not purchased through Tonghui authorized distributors and authorized channels, Tonghui Company and Tonghui distributors do not provide free warranty services, but Tonghui Company and Tonghui distributors are obliged to provide fee-based maintenance services.
* Products sold across regions are not covered by the insurance. Products sold by Taobao and JD.com in China are only underwritten in China.
2.2 Although it is within the warranty period, but there are the following situations not free maintenance
* Failure or damage caused by incorrect installation, operation, or use in a working environment other than the product specified (including exceeding the working load)
* Failure or damage caused by unauthorized modification or use of self-edited software that causes the product to not work normally
* Failure or damage caused by disassembling and repairing without the authorization or consent of Tonghui Company
* Fault or damage caused by man-made or natural disasters
* The product is damaged by obvious external force (such as falling, knocking, squeezing or abnormal transportation)
* The wearing parts (such as clamp reeds, test heads, probes, etc.) in the accessories of the product are not covered by the warranty
2.3 For products beyond the warranty period, Tonghui Company will charge repair fees.
3 Repair costs
3.1 For product repair costs, please consult the after-sales service department of Tonghui Company in advance.
The repair fee is composed of two parts: the basic repair fee and the replacement fee for faulty parts.
3.2 If the equipment sold through formal channels needs to be returned to the factory for repair within the warranty period and the scope of the warranty, the buyer shall bear the freight to the company, the import tariff and the freight to the customer shall be borne by Tonghui Company, and the repair cost shall be borne by Tonghui Company. Tonghui Company undertakes.
If the equipment sold without formal channels is out of the warranty period or out of the warranty scope, and needs to be returned to the factory for repair, the buyer shall bear the freight and customs clearance fees, and the buyer shall bear the maintenance costs.
4. Products repaired by Tonghui company or authorized repair center will continue to enjoy free warranty service during the original warranty period. If it has been less than three months since the end of the warranty period, they will continue to enjoy three months of free warranty from the date of repair (only For the same failure)
5. If the user does not have the consent of Tonghui Company to repair without authorization and cause more serious failure, the repair fee will be charged as appropriate
6. The faulty parts replaced by the repair belong to Tonghui Company
7. If the customer's own data, software or other materials are stored in the repaired product, please copy and keep it by yourself. Tonghui Company or the authorized repair center shall not be liable for possible damage or loss of data, software or other materials
8. The maintenance personnel of the company or authorized maintenance center shall not refuse to repair Tonghui products for any reason or excuse
9. The customer has the right to obtain a maintenance report to understand the maintenance status and to check the repair charge regulations
10. The final interpretation right of this regulation belongs to Changzhou Tonghui Electronics Co., Ltd.
