The digital power meter is a high-precision digital virtual instrument, suitable for measuring the power of 5~400Hz three-phase sinusoidal alternating current. Including 3 power units, you can use the two-watt method or the three-watt method to measure three-phase voltage RMS, current RMS, frequency and active power.
The voltage and current measurement channels of the power unit of the digital power meter include 8 ranges. The signal measurement range is expanded through automatic seamless range conversion, and the rated accuracy index can meet the range of more than 0.4% of the rated input signal. It is a power meter that can convert the measured electrical parameters into digital signals and display them in a digital manner. It is mainly used to determine electrical parameters, such as voltage, current, frequency, active power and power factor.
According to the number of phases, digital AC meters can be divided into single-phase digital meters, three-phase digital meters and multi-phase digital meters (such as six-phase, twelve-phase, and fifteen-phase). It usually uses surface mount technology, small size, stable performance, rich interface functions and measurement functions, harmonics, PWM waves, no-load loss and other measurement functions, which can meet the testing requirements of the laboratory. According to the test voltage phase line, digital power meters can be divided into single-phase power meters and three-phase power meters. Single-phase power meters are widely used for measurement of televisions, transformers, etc., while three-phase power meters are suitable for parameter measurement of three-phase instruments such as motors.
Digital power meters can be divided into AC power meters, DC power meters or AC and DC power meters. The corresponding model can be selected according to actual application requirements. It is usually suitable for measuring power frequency or electrical parameters within a specific frequency range. The digital electric energy meter used for electric energy measurement is a kind of digital electric energy meter.
According to the test accuracy, digital power meters can be divided into ordinary power meters and high-precision power meters. The accuracy of conventional power meters on the market is generally 0.5, that is, the error is five thousandths. The high accuracy can be as high as one fifty.
The root mean square value of the sine wave voltage that the digital power meter can withstand for a long time. Below this voltage, the measurement error of the power meter should be less than the value obtained by multiplying the relative error corresponding to the rated accuracy level by the rated voltage. For example, the voltage measurement accuracy of the power meter is 0.1 and the rated voltage is 1000V. Then, when the voltage is less than 1000V, the error value should be less than 1000x0.1%=1V.
