Diode CV Curve Analysis
Generally, the CV curve of semiconductors is based on the curve of forward voltage and capacitance. Therefore, most sources on the market can only output positive voltage and cannot directly output negative pressure. Some customers propose that the curve of negative voltage and capacitance should also be tested. Tonghui's TH1991 solves this problem perfectly.
