The tested piece is a 2-meter copper foil material, and one end is connected to the instrument. High-speed sampling is required to test the capacitance value of the other end, and the data is transmitted back to the instrument in real time. Since the DUT is quite long, it is easy to produce parasitic parameter interference results during testing and transmission. Testing requirements:
1: Frequency 1MHz, 1V level, test capacitance value
2: High-speed testing is required, and data collection is not less than 1600 times per second.
